The Impact Committee is where ideas become action. and bring your energy and creativity with you.
This is the team behind some of Indivisible Barrington's most popular community-building programs: Postcards & Yoga, Truth Brigade, Spark, and Lasagna Love (because nothing builds community like a home-cooked meal for a neighbor in need).
We have big plans, and we need your voice at the table. Whether you are a longtime member or just getting involved, you belong in this room.
The Barrington Area Library provides Meeting Room space as a community service. The Barrington Area Library neither sponsors nor endorses this event nor the presenting individuals or organizations.

Your words matter — and we want to help you use them.
We are forming a Letters to the Editor group to generate letters targeting voters, intended to influence, educate, and motivate readers. In periodic workshops, we will share information, discuss important topics, review and critique drafts, target media, and help each other hone and submit influential pieces. Come in person to get acquainted, share information, and help shape how this group works.

Indivisible Barrington’s monthly Town Hall meetings are a space to come together, stay informed, and build community.
Each month, we gather to hear from a guest speaker or explore a featured topic, discuss the issues impacting our democracy and our neighbors, and share how Indivisible Barrington is responding through our mission:
We the People in Action — Mobilize, Defend, and Empower.
All are welcome, whether you are a longtime member or attending for the first time. We hope you will join us to learn, connect, and take action together.

See Suffs, A Broadway Musical About the Women Who Refused to Quit
The fight for women's suffrage was bold, determined, and, yes, hilarious. Now you can experience it live.
Indivisible Barrington is organizing a group outing to see Suffs, the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical that brings to life the fierce, funny, and fearless women who won the right to vote. At a moment when the SAVE Act and other voter suppression efforts are threatening that legacy, this show hits different. Commemorating the 19th Amendment is not just history — it is resistance.
